How are your garments made?

We work with artisans in Italy to bring you the best possible quality. Our products are made in a village near Rome from exclusively Italian sourced fabric. You can learn more about our production by reading our production page

How often do you restock?

We will always prioritise quality over quantity and work with artisans who believe in the same values which means stock can vary. We also try to work with dead stock fabric to create items which are gone for good once we are out of stock. However, most of our garments will be restocked regularly. Follow Vellutini's instagram page or sign up to our newsletter to stay in the loop and be the first to know about restocks and new drops.

What size should I order?

How should I wash my items?

We always recommend hand washing our lingerie as we use precious materials. Items with coral in particular should never be machine washed. Please refer to our care guide to best care for your items. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping options are available. If your country is not listed on our check-out page, please contact us at jeanne@vellutini-lingerie.com. Please check our shipping and returns for additional information.

Can I exchange or return my order?

Items can only be returned. Custom orders and items on sale are not eligible for return. Please check the shipping and returns page for all details.

Can I cancel my order?

If you’ve made a mistake or would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us via email at jeanne@vellutini-lingerie.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), ApplePay and PayPal payments.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

If you purchased a Vellutini Lingerie item from a country outside the European Union, you may be liable for extra customs, taxes or fees. We unfortunately do not control these extra charges and are not responsible for their payment.
