Caring for Your Fine Mesh Garments
Your mesh garment is a blend of style and craftsmanship, deserving special care to keep it looking its best. Here’s how to maintain its beauty and longevity:
Washing
For the best results, we highly recommend hand washing your mesh garment in cool water, up to 25°C, with a gentle, phosphate-free detergent. If you prefer using a washing machine, place the garment in a mesh laundry bag and use a delicate cycle to prevent any snags or stretching. Garments containing coral can under no circumstances be machine washed—always opt for a gentle hand wash instead.
Drying
After washing, avoid wringing or twisting the fabric. Instead, gently press out excess water by rolling your garment in a clean towel. Lay it flat to dry in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight or heat sources. This helps maintain the fabric’s shape and softness.
Ironing
If ironing is needed, turn the garment inside out and use a low heat setting. Place a pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric to protect the mesh. Avoid using steam, as it can distort the material.
Storing
Store your mesh garment flat or on a padded hanger to keep its shape. Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to preserve its colour and texture.
